• We offer standard shipping for all orders purchased through genieusmart.com. 

• Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).

• All products are given double box packaging.

• Depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within :

  • 2 - 4 business days for West Malaysia orders

  • 3 - 5 business days for East Malaysia orders

• Free shipping is provided for orders RM 100 and above.

• Shipping rates may vary according to your location. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

• All shipments are processed in our Malaysia facility to both East and West Malaysia.

• International: We currently do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.

• Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
